Shipping and Returns

The Squad Lifestyles is currently shipping worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by shipping option chosen at check out. 

Our most affordable shipping option may not be available in your country due to Covid-19 restrictions. We're sorry for the inconvenience but really hope to provide you with affordable options soon. 

Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipping timelines may be delayed due to border restrictions and courier delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience!


Processing times: Please allow 14 business days for your apparel order to be processed as our apparel pieces are made to order. Shipping times begin after the end of the processing period and vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout. 

Returns and exchanges: All sales are final. We currently only accept returns on items with manufacturing and/or print defects. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days of delivery if you find a problem so that we can evaluate and make it right. Defective products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations: You can cancel you order if it has not been shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped, please notify us within 2 days from the ship date, so that we can process a return for you.  

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees that may apply. The Squad Lifestyles is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Package was Returned to Sender:

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete information will be re-sent at the cost of the customer.
